Temple of Eklingji Shiva, near Udaipur

Eklingji Temple near Udaipur, Rajasthan: There was chill in the air as Srinivasan walked on the cold stone floor of this remote temple, near Udaipur. The north has a charm; the rural west is so quaint, undeniably simple and slow and laden with tranquility. It’s like a village, with not too many people, no shops selling the familiar chips and coke, just clean untouched natural beauty lying spotless all around him.

He had cut out the noise of the city, of a busy life to come here, and what lay around him was pure historical magnificence. He walked slowly, pillar to pillar of this small Nagara styled temple breathing in the chill as he progressed towards the dark interiors of the shrine chamber. Within the deep silent darkness lay the stone idol of the Lord, as vibrant as it was centuries ago when this temple was first built. A small lamp glowed, lighting up the bare interior as Srinivasan just transported himself to another world, breathing in this fresh air around him. He sat on the floor, the chill eating into his veins as he looked on to the Lord ahead.

The temple bell rang, a single ring resounding in the air, reverberating through the temple interiors almost bringing alive the dancers on the walls. This was Eklingji, the one and only Shiva who is unattainable and only surrender is the way towards Him. Srinivasan, closed his eyes, as his heart sank, and he shut his mind down to hear the sounds around him. Birds chirped, peacocks shrieked, and the sound of water slowly began to cover the air. He opened his eyes and saw rays of sunlight beaming into the temple, lighting up the stage along the temple walls as stone idols played their music and danced to a different tune, one that was so pure, so clear and almost lost that it was left within the imagination of the self to really live this moment of silence.

Srinivasan yearned to just leave his work, and come to settle here, live a simpler life with fewer desires and worship the Lord. He breathed a sigh, one that echoed the bondages in his life, those that he could not leave due to karmic entanglement though he just wished to break free. But wasn’t this all in the mind! Srinivasan got up to walk around the temple. As he walked out of the pillared hall the beauty of the land just sprawled itself out in front of him. He looked around to see a large lake behind the temple, circled by low hills, dotted with many more such small temples. It felt like heaven had opened its gates to make us feel the presence of all divinity, such brilliance meticulously carved out by men. A heavenly paradise of a different kind, of which he was a part. The wind blew among the hills, causing small ripples in the waters of the lake that made the sounds like that of a woman’s anklet as they splashed gently along the stony temple floor. A lake, covered with green, untouched in the lap of rocky hills. This was nature in its purest form, all its elements being felt so close without any distraction. His mind was so much at peace.

Srinivasan thought, the beauty of this land is so subtle, it needs to be felt. Peace is hard to find, but here it was very much in abundance. Spiritualism can be found only in the silence of the mind, and there seemed to be so much tranquility here, he felt he was so far away from the familiar world he knew so much. He watched a lady pass by, rural in appearance singing an ancient folklore as she walked by with a pot of water. Srinivasan walked down to the lake, touching the chilling water surface with his feet, feeling the sudden chill through his bones as he sat looking around. He was but a small speck in this large panoramic world of the Lord, surrounded by hills and silent villages, with no apparent rules, just pure freedom with the self.

As the clouds covered the sun, draping the world into sudden shade, Srinivasan turned to see the silhouette of this small temple housing the very symbolism of his existence and the meaning to his life. As he stared on the temple bell rang again, a resounding echo which rippled out of the temple scattering itself into the space around bathing life on its way. Eklingji temple, another world, another reality, but running right through his being in this little paradise.

Udaipur, Rajasthan brings to mind the ‘spiritual character’, a historical figure, Rani Mirabai and the majority at a certain time who labeled her a mad woman.

Apparent existence of similar characters from time to time perhaps reflects the script of the drama, played at different times and different stages.

The phenomenon could perhaps reflect the apparently marginal difference in the design - between ‘madness’ and ‘foolishness’ – that is best conveyed through a joke read long ago that ‘I’ give below, which however might not be the exact ‘carbon copy’ of the original…

Four doctors - employed in a mental asylum on the bank of a river - one evening found that the automobile available for their use had exactly the same height as the height of the barrier on the bridge. And, therefore, they were stuck up near the bridge and didn’t know what to do to attend a party in the city on the other bank.

Then one of them thought of a patient who, before being admitted into the asylum, had worked as an automobile mechanic. He was called. He deflated the wheels a bit and thus to their wonder they found they could pass over to the other bank!

Surprised, they told him that they had believed him to be mad!
In reply he told them that he was mad, but not a fool!

Krishna therefore stresses importance of overall knowledge to Arjuna, the ‘expert archer’!

Joshi Uncle,

:) A nice little anecdote, showing the difference between 'madness' and 'foolishness'. Its also observed that a lot of spiritually enlightened people in their times were considered 'mad' since they were no longer normal and probably had super human experiences that were unfamiliar to the masses.

They were the unknown brilliant people this country has seen and has no record of to much detail. Their lives in isolation, their reactions to life that didn't appear familiar made all the difference.

Shirdi Sai Baba lit lamps with water and he followers laughed thinking he was mad but no one even gave it a thought that he could be divine! Same with Mirabai or Ramana Maharishi. Until they occupied a recognized seat as in the case of the Shankaracharyas they were largely termed mad. The Shankaracharyas are not 'mad' they are supposed to be 'divine', thats their job in society! Strange... that it the role that defines you in society and not 'you'. Ignorance is not bliss sometimes.

Kavitha, one might find many such historical characters as typical examples, even in the ‘west’ also, Socrates for instance…

I like the quote from the New Testament, credited to St. Matthew, Chapter 7, verses 1 & 2, “Judge not that ye be not judged. For with what hudgement ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.”

At least we were a shade better when it came to calling these great souls "mad".

The Church in the medieval period put people to death in the name of heresy because they thought people were mad!

Galileo was one such example who dared to say the earth was not the center of the universe.

Joan of Arc was burnt at the stake for believing she saw divine signs from God!

Sad very sad, from where did they assume they were civilized? And for what do they think we are 3rd world countries? We ran high in spiritualism while they dug deep for gold!

Its our people who champion them and think Gold is better than spiritual bliss.

Kavitha, As ‘I’ said elsewhere also, for the apparent aberration one could perhaps hold the Formless Creator, the believably unborn and unending Divine Person responsible...

The wisest among wise Hindus also couldn’t reach the purpose of creation of the apparent grand variety of physical forms by the one and only, unique and unseen energy form of the ‘Creator’ – who was primarily represented by sound energy, believably close to ‘Om’, or graphically by the Eklingi Shiva that is the ‘Ardhanarishwar’, the androgynous God represented symbolically - on the ‘mithya jagat’ that is illusory earth - by Kailash-Mansarovar, and also by the composite model of Shivalinga& Parvati Yoni-pith as its small scale model, and so on, besides innumerable other thoughts that divert the attention of ‘its own illusory images’, called humans, who apparently exist as imperfect models within the apparent perfect ‘Nature’ that contains three categories of images, categorized as: Good, bad, and indifferent - in innumerable shades thereof!

When one tries to anylyse human life, that is, reach its essence, one apparently gets confused, because the generality appears to seek the truth by limiting oneself to the study of behaviour of humans only based on data collected over a limited period, whereas one apparently knows that the limited data don’t help in reaching the correct expected ‘future scenario’ by extrapolation of that data…Thus, although we know that physical forms have a beginning and an end also but, looking at the rapid deterioration of moral values among humans, which is getting much more rapid with passage of time in the ‘present’, we are unable to say when the animal system would collapse…

While on the other hand we are mute witness to obsolescence of various life forms from time to time in the ‘recent past’, and are also aware of, say, the giant dinosaurs having become obsolete at some stage, and in no time!
But, we still continue to believe that ‘material advancement’ would continue indefinitely, because the universe is expanding! The wise ancients however had apparently realized the physical universe to be illusory, or a result of ‘Maya’ of the Creator – a projecton of His perfect image!

Perhaps by design, ‘my’ newspapaper has - under ‘A Thought For Today’ - the following quotation credited to Benjamin Disraeli, English statesman, “What we anticipate seldom occurs; what we least expect generally happens”.

As a 'Hindu', born in the himalayan state of Himachal Pradesh, in the upper himalayas, who spent - particularly his childhood - in Pandavas’ Indraprastha that’s presently called New Delhi on the bank of River Yamuna, a tributary of Holy River Ganga, and also visited the lower himalayan region of the northeast for over 9 years, after having read the Gita, I have believed my task is to understand the Creator...

The first statement by the ancient Hindus that attracted my attention was, “Vishnu is Shiva/ And Shiva is Vishnu”. And thus I have felt Brahma-Vishnu-Mahesh as the Trimurty Shiva, Triloknath, that is, ‘The Lord of the three worlds’, or the Eklingji Shiva, Mahakal, and so on the 1,000 names by which the Formless Shiva is called in the various physical forms...

The above-said helped me realize the Mouse/ Rat, or ‘Mooshakraja’ as the king of the animals of ‘patal’ that is the underground world, which explained it being considered as the vehicle of Ganesha, the son of Shiva-Parvati, who had ‘elephant’s head on human shoulders, as the head of the animal world on the suface of earth, acting as the link between ordinary man and Shiva, the composite earth...

As per the stories, the king of the birds - who controls the ‘sky’ - is the eagle, Garuda, as the model of our Sun-Moon in Satyuga, the 'third-eye' of 'Trinetra-dhari' Shiva represented by still evolving Jatayu in Tretayuga, the vehicle of the four-handed Vishnu/ Shiva…who in hte Satyuga recognised Rahu the rakshashas who had deceptively sat in the seat meant for the devtas, and therefore got his head separated from the body with the sudershan-chakra - by Vishnu!

As we have seen earlier also, Vishnu is associated with iron metal. And, born Hindus have been ritually offering mustard oil on Saurdays to ‘Shani-devta’ the ‘surya-putra’ that is the son of Sun, (planet Saturn – ‘satan’, indicated in the ‘western’ belief - that takes 30 years to go once around the Sun), His idol made in iron and placed in oil, the word derived fron ‘shanaii’, meaning ‘to move slowly’, (also the mouse is believed as the slow vehicle of Ganesha, related with planet Mars, worshipped particularly on Tuesdays, that is Mardi)…

In the ‘present’ also, everyone knows that metal iron used in moving parts, viz. in locks/ machines, and so on, gets rusted, and therefore needs regular lubrication with some oil!

The ancient practice perhaps thus was to keep one reminded to take proper care of machines made form metal iron, and protect those against rusting!

What a coincidence! This happens to be the tenth comment!

Please don’t mind anybody if ‘I’ repeat the ‘Truth’, expressed by the ‘wise ancients’, i.e., “Happiness is a state of mind”...

The wise ancients were ‘perfect’ even in the choice of their words, the essence indicated as the goal to be sought...

The word ‘Dashanan’ indicates a person (like the character in Tretayuga addressed as such, that is, Ravana the ‘hoarder of Gold’, just as the proverbial ‘King Midas’) who, because of his unsteady mind isn’t rational for he continues to receive ‘ten thoughts’ (from ten different directions) at a time, each pulling him in a different direction (like earthquake similarly shakes the earth), which weaken him/ her… That is, a person who receives fluctuating thoughts in his head - ‘To be or not to be’, (words used by the character named Shakespeare in a story); that is, a person who perhaps has his ‘head line’ on the palm drooping towards Moon’s mound!

Whereas, the word, ‘Dasharatha’, indicates a person whose mind is fully under his/ her control, like the reins of ten horses of his/ her chariot held in the strong hands of the individual, such as the character by that name in Tretayuyga, that is, Lord Rama’s father who, because of ‘time’, unfortunately couldn’t bear separation from his favourite eldest son unlike Shiva- Parvati's, who however proved himself relatively much superior in character and firmness in his belief in the Supreme soul by virtually kicking the ‘golden throne’ while on the other hand managing to raise an army of ‘monkeys’ - without his family’s direct support - and not only fought against ‘Dashanan’, but also managed to return victorious from Golden lanka handed over to Visbhishana!

The above, in short is the reflection of the spirit of the wise ancients, the Yogis, who believably reached a ‘perfect state of mind’ – that is, the thoughtless state that believably can be achieved anywhere, only if one has the willpower - and of coursse also the blessings of the Supreme soul, formless Shiva!

The saying originating in the ‘west’, “Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder”, in the ‘east’ was made simpler in the belief that God sees all with one eye, as equals.

It’s a matter of interpretation thereafter, for some interpreted it to mean God as one eyed!

In Greek mythology a cyclops is a member of a primordial race of giants, each with a single round eye in the middle of its forehead!

And, as per one of the various Greek beliefs, Arges, Brontes, and Steropes were the primordial sons of Uranus (‘Sky’) and Gaia (‘Earth’) and brothers of the Hecatonchires. They are believed to be giants with foul disosition and having an eye on the forehead.

Compare the above with Shiva the ‘Trinetradhari’ of Hindu mythology – and man as Bhairava’s refined model with the ‘third eye’ evolving as ‘mind’s eye’ that needs to be activated to reach the ‘Truth’!

And, also with the ‘scientific belief’ that our now apparently beautiful earth in the beginning was a ‘fire-ball’!

"Satyam Shivam Sunderam", three words could suffice to teh wise!

JC said...

However – believably following the grand design - unique ‘Gangadhar’ or ‘Trinetradhari Shiva’ in human form is believed as the true model of the Formless Creator - only at the end of Satyuga.

At other times, man is believed as Shiva the perfect model’s inferior copies because of the ‘Third Eye’ remaining closed or ineffective. That is, man believably behaves as models of Brahma - one of the aspects of Shiva Himself - who has four faces and thus eight hands and eight eyes. Also in another version She is called ‘Ashtbhujadhari Durga’ the consort of Shiva, the Bhootnath the Lord of Ghosts (‘panchabhootas’)!
For the ‘perfect model’ with the ‘panchatatvas’ that is five basic elements was believably attained only after successful completion of the ‘churning of the miky ocean’ starting from ‘nothing’ or ‘zero’ (that is infinite energy only) at the beginning of Kaliyuga the ‘Dark Age’.

Thus man not only has the two exterior inefficient eyes that can be corrrected by ‘Opthalmologists’ to a certain extent, but also defective mind’s eyes – the most in Kaliyuga or the ‘present’, obviously in conformity with ‘Time’ the Mahakal Shiva – that needs repeated and progressively ‘higher education’! There is a saying, “Karat, karat abhyas ke jardmati hote sujan/ rasri avar jat per sil per pardat nishan”, that is “Practice makes perfect”, like even a soft rope can make groove in the hardest of hard stones by repeated movement or ‘churning’!

Man is hungry, not only for food and material possession, but also for words and hence the unending ‘romain fleuve’ the perennial-river-like stories or ‘ananta katha’! (“Bihari (businessmen) ka khata (Ledger)/ Bengali ka matha (ego)/ Assamese ka katha (stories)”, is a popular saying in Assam!)…

Although the apparatuses for receiving information from the outside world - through various physical senses - are apparently defective in humans, they could perhaps be called necessary evils, for they generally tend to grasp negative information more efficiently.

Maybe, one would have known/ noticed how children get more attracted towards what the experienced elders believe to come in the category of ‘Donts’ in human life. For example, ‘I’ smoked seriously only for 16 long years during ’75-’91, when ‘I’ left it completely at one go. ‘I’ had got stealthily initiated into the ‘art’ by a senior boy when ‘I’ was perhaps hardly a 9-year-old boy. And that very day learnt, preceded by a slap from my father, that it was considered prohibited for children, but allowed to ‘adult men’ only!

Of course, ‘I’ later observed many adult females in the hilly region belonging to Nepal and the then Uttar Pradesh also smoke ‘bidis’ that are cigrette-like, but have a ‘Tendu’ leaf in place of the paper, which only is supposed to be ‘bad’ in a cigarette!

[Interestingly for me, Madhya Pradesh is reportedly the biggest Tendu Leaves producing State of India - and my wife belonged to Chhattisgarh that once was part of the State! And, as a wild guess perhaps, even the famous Indian Cricketer, Sachin Tendulkar’s family might once have belonged to MP, for the Maharashtrians generally have their surnames associated with the palce to which they originally belong!]

Later at some stage my father told me that, at a certain period in ‘north India’, ‘hookah’ smoking was considered a status symbol. A boy felt proud when he was invited by his elders to sit down with them and participate in serious discussions while - during his turn - inhaling tobacco smoke that believably was ‘scientific’ as the smoke, before it is inhaled, first gets filtered as it passes through water. (Maybe one would thus notice how the adult was initiated Shiva-like to ‘poison’ that one must encounter, as part of the grand design of ‘Nature’ understood by the ‘wise’ – starting with a low potency dose. And how Chanakya also perhaps reportedly similarly prepared ‘visha-kanyas’ or ‘poisonous girls’ for elimination of his enemies, starting with a small dose of ‘sankhiya’ that is arsenic tht made them immune to the poison, (Napoleon is also believed to have died of slow arsenic poisoning fed to him through food by the English!)…And Hindus believe Neelamber Krishna, who rules the ‘west’, to be mischievous!

JC said...

Earth is believed to represent the formless Creator, as its illusory image that, in fact, holds 'Nadbindu' at its centre as the real unique Supreme Being.

And, ‘north India’ on the globe is understood to be ruled by the most evolved Peetamber Krishna, (who acted originally as 'Neelamber Krishna', born in a ‘prison in Mathura’ on the bank of the relatively more polluted River Yamuna, a tributary of Holier River Ganga, and then ruled later from Gujarat in west India as the supreme power during Dwaperyuga), or Moon as Guru the Superior, with Golden Yellow colour as its essence that believably rules the North, and also the head in humans!

‘India’ was thus called ‘sone ki chirdiya’, the ‘golden bird’ – that attracted foreigners from all directions at all times...which is not yet history...it continues as the 'Truth'!

And, coincidentally perhaps, this year’s Republic Day saw President of France, M. Sarkozy, sans C. Bruni (literally the 'Brown', visit the politically truncated ‘India’ as 'chief guest' while 'India' was also visited also by the English PM, Mr. Gordon Brown – the country that is continuing to shrink, with both Pakistan and China, reportedly grabbing the land on the borders!

Interestingly, Monday, in French, is called Lundi, meaning the first day of the week, whereas the moon is called ‘la lune’, the word from which has evolved the word lunatic, which means ‘mad’!

Yogiraja Krishna, in the Gita, blames lack of knowledge for all wrong acts…and Yogis, therefore, believably try to raise the total energy/ information believably recorded in the ‘ashta-chakras’, or the eight energy centres housed within each human body, to one point in the head to achieve Supreme Knowledge or the Absolute Truth – to attain ‘moksha’, a task rendered difricult at any other time other than in Satyuga, because of gravity more and more of energy gets collected at lower chakras, leaving lesser energy balance retained in the head!

Unlike earth’s atmosphere, Moon has no atmosphere – it’s a truly detached ideal Yogi who redirects the solar energy towards earth and its neighbouring planets, Venus and Mars, for their own as well as for their inhabitants, if any, directly or indirectly…

JC said...

Our Sun, on its own, appears to have a relatively lesser effect on the heights of tides. However, the Sun & full, or new, Moon together exhbit much greater effect on the tides in seas, thereby indicating some sort of mysterious nature associated with Full/ New Moon, when strange things are also sometimes reported from the 'animal world', including signs of depression and even 'madness' or unexpected behaviour in humans, sometimes believed as induced by ‘spirits’ or souls without physical forms!

Once someone were to accept man as the model of the universe, with certain characters in human forms reflecting typical characteristic properties, or behaviors, of some planet or a star, such as, ‘expert archers’ during certain different periods, Rama & Arjuna, as typical models of our Sun, the appearance of ‘ghosts’ could perhaps be explained as representatin of the light that apparently reaches in the ‘present’ (although the event having occurred in the 'past') from very distant, (measured in thousands of light-years), but in real terms the now non existent stars!

JC said...

With the given background information by ‘scientists’ that moon has perhaps evolved from our planet earth itself, and the centre of the earth apparently being realized by the ‘wise souls in Hindu bodies’ as the one and only formless Nadbindu, the Creator or the Supreme Soul, ‘ghosts’ could thus perhaps be understood as components of Nadbindu or souls (reflected by ocean water and tiny droplets of water respectively) that were located in the infinite void at a great distance from the centre of the ‘present’, in fact, believably illusory earth at some point in time in the remote past, although its projection in the ‘sky’ together with some human form apparently existed on earth also at that point in time.
These apparitions are perhaps seen, thanks to immortality provider mysterious moon (represented by Draupadi, born of ‘sacred fire’, perhaps alluding to volcanic eruption/ Sita, similarly born from ‘earth’, the one who could lift Shiva’s bow ith her left hand(!)/ Parvati the consort of Shiva, a form of Sati Herself(!), at different times in a chain-like fashion – reflecting evolution of ‘energy’), by those souls in human form, and maybe some other animal forms too - during the ‘present’, that is, the period that is being highlighted once again - who were perhaps related earlier also with those souls…

Today it is the 30th Jan., the day Mahatma Gandhi was assassinated by another ‘Hindu’ exactly 60 years ago, and the Nation ritually salutes his soul this day every year...

Perhaps now, ‘I’ am able to explain to myself why ‘I’ coincidentally happened to see the Mahatma from a close quarters in Talkatora Garden, New Dehi, on the Mandir Marg, literally the Temple Road, a few months before his untimely death came in a tragic manner (the incident was posted in the blog in detail, elsewhere earlier)...

His spirit has since then inspired various other ‘similar frequency souls’ - like him - to achieve name and fame though away from the truncated ‘India’ (for it is undergoind moral degeneration due to ‘Time’) and has kept his memory alive in the masses all over the world…from Africa to the USA...the 'root' and the 'fruit'...

‘I’ heard some youth in the 'northeast India’ - in support of ‘extremism’ started towards the end of the Seventies - say that the youth there didn’t any more trust the ‘Govt. in the Centre’ in ‘India’ as the region was given a step-motherly treatment in so far as ‘material development’ was concerned. They said that even Gandhi wore a loin cloth and held a stick in his hand for ‘liberating India’ and eventually got a bullet as its reward!

It needs to be kept in mind (as 'I' came to learn later) at all times by ‘born Hindus’ that child, and also youth, (Neelamber) Krishna, who ruled during Dwaperyuga (of maximum 50% human efficiency only), from Dwarika in Gujarat, in ‘west India’, is called ‘natkhat’ or mischievous!

He eventually, as Peetamber Krishna/ Trimurty Shiva, attained perfection only by the end of Satyuga (the era of believable human efficiency range varying from max. 100% to 75%, over 4 times the duration of a Kaliyuga - the 'present' of max. 25% human efficiency that drops to 0% at its end, maybe to start a new cycle again from 100%)!

As per the ‘present day estimates’, our solar system, and therefore also our planet earth, is already 4.54 billion years or around 4.6 billion years old as reportedly determined by radiometric age dating of meteorite material…
And, based on apparent realization of ‘wise and advanced Hindu Yogis’ - who apparently could walk on water, and believably performed various other ‘miracles’, as believably considered by us, ‘Apsmara Purush’, (due to US? That is, the ‘western education’ and resultant brain-washing!), or humans of forgettable nature in the ‘present’ that in reality is remote ‘past’ – one day in the life of Brahma is 4.32 bilion years, which if corrected would work out to 4.66 billion years thus we might be nerly there, that is, nearing the beginning of Brahma’s night!
We the souls are unable to recall the ‘Absolute Truth’ of the ‘Eklingi Shiva’, represented by ‘Shivlinga’ - that represents either one or all the ‘panchabhootas’ - and the apparently various other innumerable ‘Truths’ that in fact are illusory images of Bhootnath itself…On the other hand, the ‘wise ancients’ utilized near about 100% potential of every human being’s design capacity and realisd the ‘Truth’ of apparent time that one ‘Mahayuga’, or a set of four yugas, i.e., Satyuga, Tretayuga, Dwaperyuga & Kaliyuga, takes 4.32 million years for review by immortal Mahakal the controller of time or Bhootnath Shiva…in a cyclic manner, repeatedly…
The period believably is a small part of His recorded unending history seen by Him through ‘His Third-Eye’, made possible by Brahma, that is ‘fire’, the predominanat component out of the five elements or ‘panch-tatvas’ represented by Sun (located at Mahesha’s solar plexus) and its associates Mercury and Jupiter, the joint source of heat and white light, as one of Trimurty Shiva’s own three major aspects’, and ‘Trimurty’ thus is also referred jointly as Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesha...
‘Peetamber Krishna’, the Dark One, who wears Yellow garments, that is, the Black Hole housed at the centre of the fully evolved Milky Way Galaxy - as the representative of Nadbindu the centre of Earth or Lord Vishnu - is represented by Parvati the Moon, as Shiva’s head, which predominantly represents the element ‘water’, without which life on earth wouldn’t have been possible!
And thus, the composite earth itself physically represents Bhootnath the ‘Lord of ghosts’, rendered immortal thanks to Moon acting as its head, which also acts as the store-house of ‘Amrit’. It is apparently detached from the body, separated by Venus, which acts as the blue throat of Neelkantha Shiva, referred also as Kartikeya or the ‘Neelamber Krishna’, the ‘one who wears blue garments’ and represents poison that apparently emerged during the first stage of ‘churning’…

Could it merely be a coincidence that ‘Team Cricket India’, and thus indirectly all ‘modern Indians’ have to bear insult in the ‘Down Under Country’ due to the apparent ‘satanic’ behaviour of the ‘west’ and not return home, for, “East or West/ Home is the best”.
This, naturally of course, reflects the mischievous nature of Neelamber Krishna the still evolving ‘Divine Person’ as seen by all souls in the ‘present’ - as the projection of the concerned ‘past’ - that is being highlighted by Bhootnath for His and His Own Images entertainment, perhaps as one of the mutiple purposes!

JC said...

God is understood as “Eternal Bliss”. And it is also said, “Happiness is a state of mind” and “Face is the index of mind”...

However, we have some poker-faced persons also, whose face can’t easily be read! Thus the two sayings would apply to ‘simple’ people, or devta the ‘selfless’, ‘who have an exterior that mirror-like, reflects their interior’, say, for example a character similar to the mythological characters, Yudhister in Dwaperyuga (50% stage) and Shiva the Mahesha in Satyuga (100% stage), that is, perhaps one who is generally called in the ‘present’ as ‘unworldly wise’ or a ‘fool’!

Now read the two sayings with another in Hindi, the essence of which is that the human mind can reach where even sunlight can’t! And, the ‘wise advanced Yogis’, irrespective of their location and time, are known to have attempted to reach their own head and make the entire energy/ information stored/ recorded within their own body to rise to one point within their head – to reach Nadbindu believably represented by Moon, whose essence is believably reflectd by mind or ‘man, the source of Mansarovar-like source of holy rivers’!

The ‘wise ancients’, in ‘east’ or ‘west’, have indicated human throat/ neck to act as hurdle in this task, a bottle-neck! ‘Hindus’ called it the house of rakshashas (demons), whereas ‘Christians’ indicated ‘Adam’s Apple’, the ‘forbidden fruit’, associated with ‘satan’, as the cause of human unhappiness…

Hindus indicated the human tongue, located inside the mouth (and therefore obviously above the neck/ throat), as the real index of the mind of a simple man or ‘devta’ the ‘selfless’…
Krishna blames ‘lack of knowledge’ for all ‘wrong’ actions while some others as a simpler essence blamed the tongue, that is, ‘rasna ka dosh’…(perhaps Cricket Teams also, particularly India & Aiustralia, could take lesson from it!)
They therefore advised one to be truthful in mind, action and speech – to reach Trimurty Shiva, the composite earth as the model of the Formless Creator…

JC said...

The Creator, Eklingji Shiva, was understood by the ‘wise Hindus’ as ‘Adbhutnath’ Shiva the ‘wonderful’!
It is generally observed in the ‘present’ the Kaliyuga or literally the ‘Dark Age’ that the electronic media channels hold discussions where sportsmen feel that the general public in ‘India’ does not give due importance to any game or sport other than the game of Cricket…
As a ‘scientist’ one however doesn’t care to ask WHY??? That is, go to its depth…
Maybe if one were to observe closely, one would find that the game is a true model of our globe that ‘scientists’ tell us that it rotates around an axis that is tilted (imagine the boundary to represent the surface of the globe, with each of the white sight screen representing a Pole, spectators representing average spectator of the game, and each player to represent a ‘chakra’ within the earth – the axis represented by the path taken by each batsman fom the pavilion to the pitch in the centre…), as well as our ‘Milky Way Galaxy’, similarly can be seen through the 'third eye'!!!

JC said...

‘I’ would just add that one would notice most other games (Hockey, Football, Tennis, Badminton, Blliards, Carrom, and so on) to represent Brahma the four-faced one (our Sun, who with different colours hidden in the White, ruled the globe, viz. Red associated with East & Blue associated with West, Yellow with North, and itself with South) who the ‘advanced Hindus’ stopped worshipping, as Krishna the Black - housed at the centre of our Galaxy - evolved fully as Shiva the immortal represented by Green associated with North-west, and on retirement handed over earth’s charge to Ganesha represented by Orange associated with North-east!!

‘I’ give below an extract of ‘my thoughts’, received during the process of reaching the ‘Truth’, as part of advice to a young friend…which also might help visualize the apparent ‘past’ being reflected in the ‘present day’ obligation of coalition politics in ‘India’, read with the essence, “Familiarity breeds contempt”, that would have happened when earth was small at the beginning when ‘churning’, or expansion of universe/ our galaxy had apparently just begun...

“…have firm faith and belief that there is someone - call it an unseen force - that had its own purpose which is beyond us mortals, for we can’t imagine it, although we are its own images – but of His/ Her/ its ‘imperfect’ past, and therefore all appear imperfect. The differences between ‘A’ and ‘B’ become apparent because of apparent hierarchy, although in reality all are equally inferior and imperfect in His eyes! The ‘wise ancients’ blamed our ego for that!

Say, for example, letter ‘A’ appears to be the beginning and ‘Z’ the end – in an open scale. But, if you put them all on the periphery of a circle - ‘Z’ eventually touching ‘A’ – and thus all become mere points that all are located away from the ‘Absolute Truth’, that is, the centre of the circle, say represented by an inferior appearing small letter ‘o’, which also is a point, but it appears ‘different’ as it always remains unmoved – at the same location - although the circle’s diameter might go on expanding with time. And as time passes, all points on the periphery would naturally become distant from each other, as also from the centre, which the ‘wise ancients’ called the ‘Absolute Truth’!

The ‘Truth’ of life is that we, in temporary human forms - although as the apparent head or King of animals - find ourselves to spend a short life span in an unending and ever expanding universe, that is, an infinitely large void or space - on a relatively small planet called Earth that also has apparently expanded from a small point size in the beginning. But, the ‘Truth’ is that the over 4 billion-year-old earth also looks relatively infinite to us humans!

In view of the above-said, with a cool head, we could in reality imagine ourselves to be negligible in infinite Creator’s eyes, who is represented by the infinite void, just as, individually, each one of us treats the dust particle/ earth as such, for we forget that had the dust - which is an important ingredient of earth itself - not been there we too couldn’t have had a support as well as the only provider of all the material that we apparently possess!

We don’t know it, but the formless creator alone knows each one of us all to be important for HIM/ HER/ IT, for we all, and everything in the apparent physical universe, are like our own photographs at different time in our past that we carefully preserve in our albums and enjoy at times!

…it is possible to have difficulty in communication because of apparent hierarchy and prejudged notions – for ‘I’ am relatively an older specimen of the museum, we call earth, and as a seeker of truth am exposed to different environment and, therefore, ‘education’ because of ‘my’ temporal and spatial location also!”

Thinking of projection of images, the concept of model, adopting different scales for different entities in different axes (generally represented by X, Y, Z in the 3D), helps visualize better certain phenomenona. Say, for example, a ‘shrinking globe’ at a particular duration of time, as it would have stood in the beginning, without actually making any appreciable change in the size of the globe, can be demonstrated by increasing the population size, as it is apparent in the ‘present’ by keeping birth-rate greater than the death-rate...

Similarly expanding earth can be represented by reduction in the number of population by mass deaths, as in world wars or ‘pralaya’, that is, occurrence of some catastrophic natural phenomenon...

With a view to understanding the Hindu belief of ‘soul’, ‘I’ would first narrate a story - once again…

My maternal uncle suffered from gout since long and he, therefore, tried practitioners of various systems of medicines - without much relief though.

As it generally happens, perhaps ‘naturally with everyone’, he was advised by a well-wisher at a certain stage to visit Haldwani, a town located at the foot-hill of the hill-stations in the Kurmachal region of Uttarakhand and meet a Muslim civil engineering contractor there.

Once when he was experiencing severe pain, he took leave from the court for a week and on reaching Haldwani in the evening - by bus escorted by his son - he went straight to his house. The gentleman was dressed in a suit and standing on the wooden floor.

Uncle had just started telling about his gout, to his surprise however, he loudly banged the floor with his boot a few times, and then asked him if he still experienced the pain! Only then did he realize that he didn’t! He was then asked to walk a mile and return to confirm it. He walked two miles instead and happily confirmed it…

However, as he had taken leave, he thought he would stay there and attend to some household related shopping etc.

But, to his utter disappointment, the pain returned the fourth day or so! Uncle then went again to the gentleman.

This time, he took a white paper and drew a circle around the periphery of which he wrote something in Urdu and told him to just look at the drawing, although he might not be able to read it. Uncle says he didn’t experience any pain when he looked at it, but as soon as he looked elsewhere, the pain returned!

The gent then told him that Uncle was possessed by a spirit that was beyond correction by him! And, therefore, he gave him his own amulet that was given to him by his Teacher for safety of his own person from evil spirits - temporarily for the rest of Uncle’s stay in the town...

Uncle says he didn’t experience any pain as long as that amulet was in his person, but it appeared immediately after he had returned to its owner when he was to return home!

He then thought that maybe the spirit that possessed him was in fact responsible for his well being in the ‘material world’ – he had a good family, a house of his own and a good practice, and so on. Thus he decided to bear the pain as long as he could.

Last time I met him personally was in the year 2000. He confirmed that although the pain continued, he however managed to somehow attend the court.

My elder brother told me recently that he had heard that Uncle, who is a few years older to my 76 year-old brother, was planning to undergo knee-replacement operation shortly as it had now become impossible for him to walk…

Astrologers believe Rahu to be responsible for accidents and operations etc. However, Saturn is also believably related with steel and blue colour also. And Venus is also related with poison and blue colour, and believably is a friend of Saturn.

Thus perhaps it is the set of Mercury-Venus (housed in chest, ‘anahat chakra’, and throat, ‘vishuddh chakra’) that could perhaps rightly be considered responsible for the said characteristics in humans…predominantly during Kaliyuga…that is the ‘present’, which is also called ‘Kalyuga’ the age of iron machines and robots!

New Delhi on the banks of River Yamuna - Indraprastha of the Pandavas in Dwaperyuga had Neelamber Krishna as their advisor, and he was born on the bank of the same River that was then ruled by Kaliya the poisonous serpent who He killed only in the Dwaperyuga! And, in the ‘present’, ‘experts’ wonder why the ‘holy’ River has turned into a sewage drain despite Crores of Rupees going down the drain in the ‘past’ that in fact is ‘future’ – ‘a fact beyond the ‘present day average man’, as it was to me too till a few years ago!

‘Wise Hindus or Indians’, who came to be known as such because of ‘Indu’ or Moon and who after in-depth studies believably eventually came to realize human beings as multi-purpose instruments, or images - (like reflections of the an individual in ‘magical mirrors’) - that are serving some useful purpose(s) to their creator, Nadbindu the Supreme Being or infinite point source of energy, in the ‘past’ who, after achieving ‘perfection in six days’ rested on the seventh day’, and in the ‘present’ He is reviewing His Past in ‘His Third Eye’, in ‘Yoganidra’ or super conscious state…And, because of ‘Maya’ that is illusion - due to hierarchy introduced as part of the intricate appearing design to an average human being because of inefficient physical senses – His Own Images are apparently ‘taken for a red herring chase’ (and Kali’s ‘rasna’ or tongue - that believably is responsible for ‘anant katha’, that is, unending versions of the same event on account of Hari’s Maya - is painted red)!

In the human form, essence of the ‘Red planet’, Mars, is believed by the ‘wise Yogis’ to be housed at ‘Mooladhar Chakra’ the ‘seat’ - (red being originally associated with essence of the group, called asteroids, considered as Ganesha’s vehicle, the mouse or elephant’s tail (like a Comet’s) separated from its body while Ganesha himself is associated with Orange, a combination of Red and Yellow, the essence of Moon, considered as Ganesha’s mother) - and believably acts as the link between man & God (represented by essence of Moon in human head or ‘sahasrara chakra’), thus apparently playing a role similar to that of a telephone operator – a role made difficult by intervening essences of other 6 selected planets or members of the Solar system!

In the ‘present’ that is ‘Dark Age’, ‘India’ apparently has ‘world class astronomers’, but being influenced by ‘halahal’ or strong poison, as per design being unable to digest it they appear to behave like ‘Kumbhakarna’ who had received the boon from Brahma the sun (who also believably sleeps, but at the end of His day that has a duration of over 4 billion years) to sleep for six months and on waking up thereafter for the rest six months bother only about fillng of their bellies!

Krishna, representing 'Eklingji Shiva'/ Vishnu is really mischievous! However, the Hindu Mythology indicates even ‘demons’ to turn into ‘angels’ when it is the right time!

Thus, maybe a ‘wise soul’ shouldn’t be surprised by the ‘media’ apparently waking up to various scams in recent times (‘Kal in Hindi’, whereas ‘Kala’ means ‘Krishna’ or Black, and with a different pronunciation ‘art’ also), including the one related with the reported Rupees 100 crore ‘kidney transplantation racket’ (while no one has problem when cannibalization is carried out in ‘man-made iron machines and computers/ robots’!) in ‘India’, for filling of their bellies ( just as even cannibalism that believably is associated with Dark Continent, Africa, was reported last year, 2007, in Nithari in neighbouring state, U.P.!) – but still unaware of the hand of the ‘Absolute Truth’ or Eklingji Shiva in the ‘Krishnaleela’ that reflects Kaliyuga the ‘Dark Age’, and also called ‘Kalyuga’ the machine age!

The present day controversy generated during the cricket match has generated many 'Hari kathas' or view-points. 'My' comments on one such article that appeared in 'my' newspaper...

This refers to the ‘Second Opinion article’ Bhajji is not the mother of all racists after all, by (‘phattebaj’, a term used in north India) Jug Suriya (2/2)!

Firstly, for the background, Bhajji is the pop name derived from ‘Harbhajan’, that is, literally the prayer dedicated to Hari/ Hara, literally the ‘poisonous atom’ or Vishnu the Nadbindu the point source of infinite energy/ Shiva the green immortal earth as formless Hari’s image! And, perhaps every Hindu knows Punjab as the land of ‘wise females’ in Hoshiarpur, which is also famous for the astrological compendium prepared during Vedic Era prior to 6th Century B.C.E, that is, ‘Bhrigu Samhita’, based on Sanatan Dharm carried forth through time immemorial eternally through generations…Also Hari being realized as formless, or a ‘spirit’, called Bhootnath by Hindus, the ‘bhoota’ or ‘ghosts’ as images of Bhootnath, God was called Father, Mother, Brother, Friend, Knowledge (the wealth that increases by sharing with others), (material) Wealth (that reduces by sharing), and in fact everything!

Looking for etymology of “Teri Maa ki”, in very brief, life being understood as only symbolic, and multiplication apparently as a function primarily related with the mother; based on ‘Absolute knowledge’, immortal Father Hara’s and His consort, Parvati Ma’s illusory sex organs were worshipped symbolically all over ‘India’ as ‘Shivlingam in Parvati’s Yonipith’. Energy was represented mainly by female figures...

The practice of worship of Shivling is apparently continued, ritually only today, by the masses, due to media playing a crucial role assigned to it and, therefore, apparently acting as a hurdle in dissemination of the ‘Absolute Truth’ to the masses in the ‘present’ that in fact is ‘past’, although enough material related to it is available right in front of everyone’s eyes recorded in mute ‘Nature’ and also in literature still available in ‘India’ and thankfully not yet banned!

Jai ho Teri Maa Ki! (‘Long live your mother’, and also everyone’s mother, symbolically represented by ‘Chandrama’ the moon!)

It is said that in ‘india’ itself, there is a different language at every 20 Km. There are similar sounding word formations in different languages spoken even in ‘India’. I have come to lern that if a Tamilian says, ‘Tamil terima?’ to a Punjabi, it would sound as abuse, and he might hear in reply. “Punjabi tera baap”! That is. “Your father is a Punjabi”! It could start a war even!

To cite a personal incident, while we were on on ‘educational tour’ to Bangalore, Karnataka state, our Hindi speaking class-fellows, who were therefore a bit poorer in English language, thought our teacher had said, “Shall we have tea?” Whereas, our Bangalorian teacher had actually said, “Shall we have a peep”! It resulted in expressing our annoyance later at them for having to see the same equipments again - in the Railway Coach Factory - whixh we already had seen in Hindustan Aircraft Ltd (HAL) and had pursuaded the teacher earlier to skip the visit…and proceed to the city proper…

‘India’ has many strange characters also who have developed expertise in prediction of future of individuals in an inexplicable fashion.

It was in the early seventies, my father was in our home-town and came across one such person who was called ‘kambal jogi’, that is, a sadhu who used to remain lying on a cot fully covered under a black blanket. Persons desirous to know anyone’s future would queue up and ask questions...

My youngest brother those days was working in a private company in Hyderabad after graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
My father visited the ‘kambal jogi’ and asked him whether he would get a good regular job. The jogi from under the blanket asked him to tell the first letter of his name. After he was told that it started with ‘Ch’, the answer was in affirmative, but he added that he would experience knife wound (‘chaku lagega’)! This last information had my father worried for a long period...and he told me later the incident and also that he felt he shouldn’t have asked him that!

My younger brother got a regular job, and as he used to suffer from tonsilitis, at a certain stage he decided to get his tonsils removed by a private surgeon in New Delhi who performed the operation under local anaesthesia, instead of general one as was the normal practice…
The operation was duly performed, to which my father and ‘I’ too were invited to witness it being performed reflected in a mirror fixed on the wall in front of the patient while we sat behind him in a sofa…
The operation was performed within a short time and we all soon returned home…
My father then revealed to me the above-mentioned incident and how relieved he felt that day to realize that ‘kambal jogi’ had perhaps meant the surgeon’s knife!

'Hindu Mythology',read between lines - apparently lays down as the golden rule for a seeker of Absoute Truth as an absolutely necessity although it’s not easy particularly in Kaliyuga when Venus rules predominantly - to try to ever remain conscious that physical universe/ earth and its inhabitants, all are mere instruments in the eye of the real beholder, that is the ‘spirit’ or essence of all matter, that is Bhootnath Shiva, the Lord of the Past, or Mahakal Shiva, the control of Time, who himself is related with zero time and space...

The material world - originating from the Supreme Energy (represented symbolically the sound energy, called Brahmanad, by ‘OM’, and also ‘3’ - with certain attachments) - is believably formed out of five constiturnt members, called ‘Panchbhootas’ or ‘panchtatvas’, that is, reflected in the panchakshar mantra, “Na-mah Shi-va-ya”: ‘Na’ for ‘Nabha’ or ‘Sky’ the overall space (represented by Solar system as a whole as the essence of the infinite universe); ‘Mah’ for ‘Mahi’ or Earth (representing the essence of the solar system and thus the infinite physical universe also); ‘Shi’ for ‘Shikhi’ or Fire (represented by Sun as the giver, and Mars as the biggest hoarder of energy withn it); ‘Va’ for ‘Vayu’ the life giving Air (represented by Mars); ‘Ya’ for ‘Yamuna’ the sister of Yama the Dharmaraja or agent of death, or polluted Water with which animals are asociated (represented by imperfect forms of Indu the Moon - during ‘churning’ or evolution process - the perfect representative of the Formless Creator or Supreme Soul represented on earth by the the Holy Ganges, the centrally located river represented by ‘Triveni’, the system of three (3) holy perennial rivers that have common origin in Mansarovar Lake and flow through ‘India’, i.e., Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati, the river that disappered (Yogi-like!) from Sangam, Allahabad, and reappeared as Lohit/ Brahmaputra in Arunachal/ Assam!)…

The primary supporter of ‘life on earth’ undeniably is ‘Air’. However, the beautiful earth with the grand variety reflected upon it is purely on account of life-giving water, which the ‘Hindus’ associated with Moon (which believably evolved from original earth-moon itself) as the head of the solar system and Mars as its seat or ‘Moola’ that is ‘root’…
Hindus, therefore, apparently came to conclude, in view of eight major representative directions, eight selected members to represent the temporary forms on earth, while Indu the Moon – apparently detached from earth – was believed as the representative of the detached Supreme Soul that controlled all ten directrions and thus rendered immortality to earth…
In view of the as the background, Yogis attempted detachment with material earth through zero thought to reach the Supreme Soul via Indu the mysterious Moon to the ‘westerners by thought’, and of course with the necessary support and recommendation of Bholenath Shiva - represented by our composite Earth to which we are only temporarily attached!

As it is unlikely to be appreciated by the concerned 'editors', here is one more reaction sent to 'my' newspaper...

Lathi charge, in Jugular Vein, made an entertaining and interesting presentation of the scenario at the time of inauguration of the bottle-neck-like controlled connection between ‘Indraprastha’ and ‘Guru Dronacharya’s village’ where Kuru princes, Kauravas & Pandavas, were believably trained in the martial art in Dwaperyuga, the period of 25% to 50% max. range of human efficiency, that is the 'middle stage'…

Entry of evolved souls released at the end of Kaliyuga - the ‘Dark Age’ when poison had prevailed - into Dwaperyuga indicates ‘fresh’ souls’ emergence from Kaliyuga the ‘Dark Age’ when poison had prevailed because of control being under Neelkantha the ‘Blue Throated’ Shiva’s elder son Kartikeya, called ‘skandha’ for he believably possessed brute physical strength…"Jiski lathi/ Uski bhains" could perhaps also be interpreted to read "US ki Bhains", where "Kala Akshar bhains barabar" - like Sanskrit, Latin & Greek, etc. to the 'modern man'!

And the souls, therefore, during Kaliyuga believably had reduced human efficiency range between minimum 0% and 25% maximum…

But, fortunately for the ‘arm chair travelers’, it is an event of the ‘remote past’ which they are witnessing thanks to Bhootnath Shiva the ‘perfect’ Supreme Soul – called ‘unborn and unending’ by ‘Hindus by thought’ - and are able to enjoy it too!

Some 'lucky' persons can perhaps have their cake and eat it too - sometimes only though!

As per ‘wise’, and ‘advanced Hindus’, who apparently realized the Absolute Truth of Krishna evolving into immortal ‘Vishdhar Shiva’ also known as ‘Neelkantha’ or blue-throated and, therefore, the immortal soul within the mortal form of ‘Yogiraja Krishna’ in Dwaperyuga says He doesn’t rest for a second, although He has nothing more remaining to be achieved in either of the three-worlds or ‘Trilok’, that is, underground, on the surface of earth and in the air/ space…
On apparently being asked by Arjuna, He says that He acted every second to sustain His Own creation (and the task is generally associated with Brahma, or Sun), a function assigned to Him as a representative of Vishnu (literally the poisonos atom!) the Preserver! And, Shiva is indicated as the ‘Destroyer’!

Of course, these triple functions are also indicated as being performed by 'Trinetradhari' and ‘Trimurty Shiva’, as the ‘True Image’ of Nadbindu, or Bhootnath - represented alphanumerically by ‘OM’ and ‘3’ who continues to review the drama eternally with Hid Third Eye! Thus fooling His Own Images, teh various 'Truths', for He Himself is Supreme Knowledge and Absolute Truth

And, Krishna is depicted as mischievous!

In the early Eighties ‘I’ came across an engineer* who reportedly went to Himachal Pradesh to be present in a demonstration arranged by the Government for ‘directional blasting by some Russian engineers. The method involves blasting of the existing natural rocks on both banks in a narrow river valley, in a pre-planned manner such that the material thus exploded in one go comes to rest inside the valley and fills the river bed to form a dam across the river!
Thus the proess apparently needs lots of planning in advance, but very short apparent time to execute the job!
Similarly, Hindu Mythology indicates Nadbindu, a point source of infinite energy - to start with existing alone in perhaps an infinite dark void and related with zero time and space. For some reason it apparently had a brain-wave to fill up this empty space with various physical forms made out of its own infinite energy with a ‘Big Bang’ instantaneously, which it now believably continues to review in the time created with the help of the Solar system!

[*The said young and apparently healthy engineer, when he was there at the site, unfortunatey experienced giddiness and within under five years of that he died - due apparently to degeneration of brain cells…almost 19 years ago…]

JC said...

In view of the above logic that each and every physical form in the universe is in a way sculpted out of material obtained by conversion of energy obtained from the one and only source, i.e, Nadbindu, perhaps it might not be wrong to call the universe as one individual - and also its model, earth and its inhabitants as earth’s family, i.e., ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’, the term used by the ‘wise ancient Hindus’ who considered Moon as the head and Earth as the eye of the solar system, which in its turn is believed to be the essence of the whole universe!
In the human brain, the cerebral cortex is believed to be the component that perhaps was the last to evolve…and Hindus indicate Moon as the Mohini (attractive) form of Vishnu whose essence is housed in the ‘sahasrara chakra, or bandha’ in human head…(The degeneration of brain cells or the grey matter perhaps indicates loss of essence of moon, in the words of ancients – that could also be considered as review of the process in a reverse manner, perhaps)…
