108 Lingas along the Tungabhadra

Hampi, Vijayanagar:

Along the stony granite landscape of a once heavenly city now in ruins, lie remnants of a tradition silently living among us. What remains today is a stark granite rock outcrop heated by the daylight carrying the potent symbols of the Lord numbering upto 108 and in some cases 1008.

Back in 10th century AD, there flourished in Indian tradition a cult that worshiped Lord Shiva out in the open. In the great land of Vijayanagar, now known as Hampi there are examples of this scattered all along the Tungabhadra river.

Out in the open...is what it might appear to be, but the very symbolism of Lord Shiva was carved into rock to reside within a home, a temple, the roof of which faces north. Interestingly the entry into this house is from the east, with a path of flat stone leading right upto the main Linga in the center, a central garbha griha so to speak.

This home could probably have also symbolized the Panchakshara mantra of Lord Shiva, the 5 sacred syllables(Na Ma Shi Va Ya) of Lord Shiva representing each side of this diagrammatic temple. Like any other architectural marvel for the Lord, this diagrammatic temple also worshiped 108 Lingas within itself, with Abhishekam done from the east and path for the libation fluids given towards the north, also heading towards the conical roof of the temple.

In the early hours of Brahma Muhurta one can imagine, the cool breeze sweeping along the Tungabhadra. Silent waves almost sound like the gentle anklets of damsel taking a holy dip before she starts her prayers. Among the rocky boulders drenched in the moonlight, is the shimmering flames of a fire, and in the silent breeze one can hear the sweet notes...

OM SHIVAYA NAMAHA
OM MAHESHVARAYA NAMAHA
OM SHAMBHAVE NAMAHA
OM PINAKINE NAMAHA
OM SHASHISHEKHARAYA NAMAHA...

Sacred names of the Lord fill the air, 108 names of the divine bress the air as a voice sings them out in deep worship.

...OM SARVAYA NAMAHA
O
M TRILOKESHAYA NAMAHA
OM SHITAKANTHAYA NAMAHA
OM SHIVAPRIYAYA NAMAHA
OM UGRAYA NAMAHA
OM KAPALINE NAMAHA...

Few spectators watch on as the water flows over 108 heads forming a channel and leading gently out of the temple, exiting at the roof. A symbolism that the soul merges with the supreme as one performs this ritual of Abhishekam. The flame slowly rises and casts shadows of the various Lingas elaborately carved into the rock, dancing in the flame light.

Its a different world, of music and love, of peace and tranquility, of life and happiness, of detachment from all the temptations life has to offer. The bells ring and the priest raises his hand and pours milk over the Lord, singing his verses again

...OM CHARUVIKRAMAYA NAMAHA
OM RUDRAYA NAMAHA
OM BHUTAPATAYE NAMAHA
OM STHANAVE NAMAHA
OM AHIRBUDHNYAYA NAMAHA...

The fire rises again, and the voices echo as the mantras deafen the ears and the surrounding whistling breeze carries the fragrance of flowers of offering. The birds begin to chirp and the darkness gives way to light, a new day and a new beginning as the voice carries on.

...OM SAHASRAPADE NAMAHA
OM APAVARGAPRADAYA NAMAHA
OM ANANTAYA NAMAHA
OM TARAKAYA NAMAHA
OM PARAMESHVARAYA NAMAHA.

OM ATMAYA NAMA ATMA LINGAYA NAMAH OM

I am the Lord, one with Him, merged into His being. I worship you O Lord, who enlightens me into this new world with a new mind.

In the case of the 1008 Lingas, there were arrangements for a make shift roof, an idea of which remains in rock along the four corners of the diagrammatic temple.

Happy Diwali to everyone! :)

Hi...have been reading your blog fr quite some time and i just wanted to say that i think it's absolutely wonderful! i have learned so much that i did not know about before..thank you so much and keep up the good work!!

Kavitha, Maybe by now ‘I’ has succeeded in conveying that physical universe is a ‘Divine Person’, or a thing, or apparent things of the past, like ‘me’ and ‘my vital organs’ apparently are many decades old today, born in ‘India’ when it wasn’t yet truncated and was ruled by the British…

Had it not been for the historical records apparently made by humans, (who as per ‘Hindus’ themselves are instruments for recording history of the Creator in '8' chakras, where number 8 results from adding '1' eight times - representing 'imperfect' human forms as different from God's, that is, '0'!), it wouldn’t have been possible for the youth today to know that the British in ‘Kaliyuga’ apparently then had colonies all over the world (as also reflected in the story of Mahabharat related to Dwaperyuga), such that it once had become popular that ‘sun doesn’t set in the British empire’ and yet it eventually apparently did (due to lack of knowledge!) – that is our sun had become fully operational, as one of the landmarks in the tangent-theta-curve-like path of the formless Creator from the sinusoidal one that ‘presently’ gets reflected through humans today, which they (as various ‘images of God’) appear to have followed in the earlier stages of evolution from ‘shunya’ or zero!

HAPPY DIWALI!

kavitha.Did not grasp the topography from the photograph. Is it a roofless temple or a temple on the roof of a home?Actually those who were worshipping the god in the open were doing the right thing. How can one confine the almighty?Well the spiritual journey has it's variations & every variation is as beautiful as the others

Joshi uncle,Yesterday's TOI had an interesting article suggesting that 1=0=infinity.It was in the"Sacred Space" column

Anonymous said...

Yes,Dr. Anilji, I also read particularly the edit page of the TOI and had read the article...

The ancient Yogis had come to realize Creator as formless or 'Nadbindu', a point that is 'shunya' or zero that has influnce over the entire dark infinite space, and hence could be called as 'Big Zero' (universe is realized by astronomers as an infinite space that is expanding like a balloon)!

'Number one, (1)' that is, our apparently immortal Sun, called 'Aditi' or 'Aditya' - the believable female or male form (depending on one's faith), that made vision possible (hence the saying 'Tamaso ma jyotirgamaya') - and has gravitational force at its centre, to represent '0', a component of the one and only original point source that believably originally existed at the centre of our earth. And, it is virtually imprisoned within all Heavenly Bodies and also reflected within all animal/ human forms, that is, its models - and called 'souls'!

Solid rock, such as granite, was realized ideal for keeping 'permanent record for all generations to come' and, therefore, the '108' shivlingas (to encompass the essence of the three aspects of the entire creation) represented by our earth, that is, 'Digamber Shiva' that is the infinite bare bodied one who has the 'infinite' space, represented by 'sky' (one of he panchbhoota), as His garment! And so on...

'Hari ananta/ Hari katha ananta' is the eessence of HINDU MYTHOLOGY...

‘Shila-lekha’, or writings on rocks, are continued since time immemorial all over the world in the language that was prevalent at a particular point of time and location, including symbolic ones, such as ‘shivalingas’ that were understood to represent the formless Creator by ‘Hindus’ who at a certain stage apparently had become the most advanced in all fields of human activities, and thus in astronomy too, and utilized for communication a highly evolved language, (to express the content that actually matters, which believably was the precious essence of human life, and not the language per se as considered in the present), called Sanskrit, in ‘India’ while Latin and Greek flourished in Europe…

Many other languages either became obsolete or remained undecipherable because these also underwent change(s) from time to time and place to place in this ever changing universe where there exists a constant ‘struggle for existence’…

Realizing essence of members of our solar system to have gone into the formation of human beings as model of God that is universe, they apparently considered the combination of Aditi the sun and ever mysterious Moon to represent physically the formless energy’s original and the most evolved forms, respectively. They, therefore, used lunar or ‘Indu’ the moon’s cycle to reckon all religious festivals etc. And also, the location of Moon in the sky at the time of one’s birth was realized to reflect at a glance the likely typical behaviour of the individual, while the variations due to interaction with other planets according to their relative positions at the same time needed detailed analysis as indicated by the use of astrology... And the practice has remained in vogue since time immemorial as reflected by the word ‘Sanatan Dharma’...

However, the background knowledge, with passage of time, believably decreased gradually, which believably was apparently so as time of review of the past history of creation believably moves backwards - from the stage of perfection to the initial stage of 'churning of the Milky Ocean', in 1080 cycles to cover the entire 360 degrees of space and the three basic aspects of ‘life’ on earth...

The practice of communication was ritually passed on from one generation to another, as reflected in lingas on hard rock outcrops in the bed of a perennial river by pancha-bhoota, like Ganga & Yamuna, that have their origins in Kailash-Mansarovar – that is, by ‘water’ and ‘earth’ (that is the dynamic dust or ‘ashes applied on Shiva’s body’ as the original form - that undergoes animation in the presence of ‘air’ that is confined within the ‘sky’- and hard rock as the evolved form that generally remained immobile…for the benefit of the ‘future’ generations symbolically, thus reflecting the belief that the entire information is similarly recorded in the eight chakras within each human form, which needed ‘peeping inwards’ and reading the contents outward reflection between the lines to reach at the essence - "...asato ma sadgamaya/ mrityorma amritam gamaya", that is, 'to reach from the untruth to truth/ from mortal to immortal'!

Anonymous said...

Reading 'between the lines' the 'Hindu' mythological stories, 'I' have learnt essence of Mars, orange colour (resulting from the combinations of excess of yellow and red) to be housed at the 'mooladhar', or tail-bone end of human form, representing the dormant energu that is the 'coiled up serpent' indicating its unavailability to the generality of humans, and essence of balance red colour above it, followed by Infra-red at navel level, white colour at the solar plexus, infra-red at the chest level, blue colour at the throat level, green colour at the third eye level, and balance yellow at the top of head, ie, 'Sahasrara chakra' or the wheel/ lock of thousand channels, associated with MOON...

With the above order, 'I' have tried to determine the colours and the corresponding gemstones for the ones 3-4) needed for a particular person from her particulars of birth...

These, when applied on the photograph of the concerned at any location on hte globe shows 'improved' behaviour...conveying to 'me' the significance of 'Maya' that is illusion!

Anonymous said...

And, as the ‘wise Hindus’ believed ‘rakshashas’ capable of projecting their own form to appear to exist at many other locations also at the same time - and thus confusing their opponent - ‘my own images at different times’, recorded in ‘my exclusive album’ confuses ‘me’ at any given point of time as to which of those images truly reflected ‘me’, or the ‘I’ within me!

However, believably the ‘right’ gemstones determined by ‘me’ and placed at ‘correct locations’ on any one of my photographs, from my infancy to the ‘latest one’, generates certain pleasing or unpleasant effect on ‘my’ person! Thus giving me an opportunity to review my calculations and make necessary adjustments by either changing some stone, or changing the location…and observe the resulting effect on ‘my’ person after some time…till ‘I’ feel satisfied!

Krishna/ Shiva really is mischievous!

Anonymous said...

The ‘wise ancient Hindus’ that is ‘Indians’ who - with passage of time - reflected the formless creator’s advanced physical forms, as the evolutionary process progressed from darkness at zero time, that is at the instant when ‘churning of the milky ocean’ was initially started by Krishna as the representative of Nadbindu Vishnu/ Shiva…

The phenomenon could be visualized with the ‘present day’ finding of our ‘Milky Way Galaxy’ of innumerable ‘Heavenly Bodies’ to be revolving around its centre that houses a ‘Black Hole’, (called ‘Krishna’ by the ‘wiser Hindus’), whose model in human form believably appeared in the Dwaperyuga at Mathura, ‘in a prison’…

‘Child Krishna’ from the birth itself was mysteriously powerful. He evolved further to gain more and more strength and to eventually rule over a bigger empire from ‘Somnath’ in Gujarat, that is, ‘our galaxy’ expanded with the expanding universe and thus moved outwards - relatively ‘westwards’ as Neelamber (blue), and also ‘northwards’ as Peetamber (yellow), while as Kali’s form (red tongue, in West Bengal, in ‘India’) His influence believably extended further ‘eastwards’ towards ‘Indonesia’, for balance, and also ‘southwards – the north and south boundaries marked by the range of movement of our Sun defined by the Topics of Cancer & Capricorn…

With the background concept of models, churning of milk is known to result in the cream or fat particles to become lighter and fluffy and move outwards and thus occupy relatively larger space and, therefore, similarly one finds our solar system to lie in the outer periphery of our ‘Milky Way Galaxy’ – by accident?!

The ‘wiser Hindus’, however, believed appearance of the variety of physical forms, (including ‘life’ on planet earth), within the infinite dark void of universe - innumerable galaxies of a grand variety of stars and planets that house various forms within the ‘outer fabric’ of the infinite physical universe, (reflected similarly by Helium covering around stars and dust and rock covering in planets etc) - to be a result of ‘design’ as reflected in the worship of ‘Krishna’ or ‘Rama’ in human forms through time immemorial and through ‘Krishnaleela’ and ‘Ramleela’, respectively - to be read 'between the lines'!

Thus the ‘festival of light’ is explained, in essence, as the victory of ‘good’ over ‘evil’, that is, of the ‘selfless’ over ‘selfish’!

Anonymous said...

The ‘wise ancients’ understood ‘panch-bhoota’, literally the ‘five ghosts’, or the ‘panch-tatva’ the ‘five elements’ as five selfless characters that continue to perform ‘good’, or ‘bad’, or ‘indifferent’ actions naturally since time immemorial, from the remote past since when physical forms have come into being…for these elements are believed to have gone into each and every physical form including planet earth or human form that apparently undergo change(s) in the outward appearances with passage of time…

Human being, as the superior most model of the ‘perfect’ creator itself, before appearing in human form believably has the ‘soul’ that is ‘atma’ - as a component of the unique Formless universal energy or ‘supreme soul’ that is ‘Parmatma’ - necessarily to have gone through 8.4 million animal forms! Thus, although the forms appear to be different, the content within each is believed to be the same, which obviously would have the same frequency as the supreme soul! But, deficiencies in the different apparatuses for vision, hearing, smell, touch and taste apparently result in possibility of innumerable different interpretations of the same event – unless fine tuning or proper calibration is done through a Guru...

Or, maybe one should allow Him to search you out, for it is believed that as human beings are His best creation, therefore - as it gets reflected in case of artists in human forms - humans must be precious to Him too!

Krishna also advises surrender of all one’s actions in Him! So, “Hope for the best and be prepared for the worst.”

The belief, “God can appear in any form”, as the realized ’Truth’ or essence, that is, ‘satva’ of human life is stressed in the ‘sahasranam’ or thousand names of God, the formless Shiva or Vishnu…

Hindu Mythology also reflects evolution of physical forms, indicated through reincarnations of Vishnu, literally the ‘poisonous atom’, or ‘Nadbindu’ the point source (‘0’) of unique sound energy, in physical forms that is reflected in the cycles of ‘Hindu belief’ of ‘9’ re-incarnations of Vishnu (reflected in Navagraha or nine planets also as essence of the universe) that once again end up in ‘0’ as the #10 also - in the order, #1 ‘Matsya’ that is Fish, indicating water (that has its origin in Moon) as the origin of ‘life’ on composite earth-moon; #2 ‘Kurma’ that is Tortoise the first amphibian on earth; #3 ‘Varaha’ that is Pig the first animal that is rooted mainly on earth; #4 ‘Narasimha’ that is half man and half lion, like the primitive man, with nails as its weapon; #5 Vaman that is the first fully formed human in dwarf form; #6 Parshuram, with axe as His weapon; #7 Rama, with bows and arrows as his weapon; #8 Krishna, with the most evolved weapon, the ‘sudershan-chakra’, as His weapon; #9 Kalika (in Kaliyuga that is the 'present') that in reality is each one in human form as ‘Apsmara Purush’ or the ‘forgetful man’ who can’t recall his past on earth (symbolically indicated lying under Natraj Shiva the Earth’s feet, that is, upon earth’s surface)…

Kavitha, Sandhya, not only blgging, but also ‘Hindu Mythological beliefs’ create some sort of addiction when someone gets deeper into it, as reflected in certain characters, such as Mirabai who broke the typical role of expected behaviour from a queen till then followed by the generality of rulers in Rajasthan and elsewhere too in 'India' - due to ‘slavery of time’. And, to reach Krishna she behaved like, say, Prince Rama of Tretayuga, (and similarly Arjun the friend of Krishna of Dwaperyuga, for the stories indicate both acted as models of our sun at different times) who believably ‘broke Shiva’s ancient, believably unbreakable bow, given to Shiva by Vishnu’, which only then enabled him to reach the ‘Truth’ or Shiva-Parvati, the earth-moon, just as sunlight (Saraswati, in white sari) penetrates ozone layer in earth’s atmosphere, (Shiva’s generally closed ‘third eye’), to enter within it at each ‘beginning of immortal Brahma’s day after his night, of an equal duration as his day, to start again the cycle of ‘life’ on earth’ that had remained frozen during his night, while on the other hand illuminate also the moon the ruler of the nights for it to release life-giving ‘somrus’ that is the moonlight!

Brahma’s day and night together believably was realized by Yogis to be of a duration over 8 billion years, compared to 24 hours in a day reckoned by man as His model that is believably designed to last for around 108 years on an average!

Kavitha, You have indicated the 108 lingas placed on rock outcrop or the 'head' of earth that believably is represented by North Pole. ‘I’ should have therefore added that although the source of energy on earth that is our Sun has a covering of inert Helium gas, however, white sunlight emanating from it is symbolically represented by white Sari wearing Goddess of Knowledge, that is, Saraswati the Veena Player as source of sound energy that too emanates from it, (as we have seen elsewhere earlier also), like primordial energy represented by ‘Om’ of Nadbindu)…

Whereas, evolved Saraswati, as ‘Parvati’ the daughter of Himalayas and mother of both Kartikeya (Blue) and Ganesha (Orange), or Durga the solid-rock-like-fort, is symbolically represented by a female figure in yellow coloured clothing, particularly during Saraswati Puja in Bengal and ‘North India’, to indicate moonlight, for yellow colour is associated with the ‘superior most’ that is Guru of all and therefore whose essence, the yellow colour, was believed to be housed in the human head (and ruled the North) while Orange representing Ganesha, responsible for locking up both ‘spiritual & material’ energy, like a crocodile can hold an elephant, is indicated housed in the tail-bone-end level. And, Blue as the essence representing Kartikeya, responsible for ‘material’ and ‘muscle’ power in humans is placed at a relatively higher pedestal, at the throat level…as it is 'selfishly' given priority by the generality of men!

Kavitha, Here is another reaction to a newspaper article.

“Religion: Is ever present in Indian life,” says Shri Shashi Tharoor in the article ‘Religion thrives in this land of secularism’ (STOI). He further cites main religions as: Hinduism, Buddhism and Sikhism to have ‘originated on Indian soil’ as the ‘major ones’, besides Jainism etc as some minor ones. Whereas, as per him, most of the others, notably ‘Islam, Christianity, Judaism, and Zoarastrianism have found fertile ground here’…

Perhaps it it needs lot more time for the generality of ‘born Hindus’ to understand the basic concept of Creation of physical universe by the unique formless Supreme Being (reflected by the word ‘secularism’), that was better understood by the apparently ancient ‘wise Hindus’, who in reality were the ‘advanced ones’ compared to us who in reality are the ‘primitives’, in Kaliyuga, the 'dark age'…

For as conveyed by ‘Hindus by thought’, time and related events are apparently moving from the once-upon-a-time ‘perfect’ stage to the original ‘imperfect’ stage of the formless - in 1080 cycles of Mahayugas (each of 4.32 million years, during one day in the life of Brahma the Sun) to cover 360 degrees of space/ globe and the three (3, symbol of ‘OM’) aspects of creation, sustenance, and transformation of physical forms…

[Space/ Earth or globe was understood as the immortal physical Mahashiva/ Shiva, who now is being reviewed as the hero in the foreground with the past events superimposed in the background, as projections of the film recorded in ‘His-Third-Eye’ of achievement of ‘perfection’ starting with innumerable 'raw characters' as His Own ‘images’ at the beginning, (best among them at a certain era, related with some particular ‘religion’ at one of the eight locations used, to define the boundaries of the globe), i.e., His- stories, as Bhootnath the Lord of the Past, who was believably born at Kashi, ‘India’ that is Bharat while the globe was understood as Mahabharat!]…

The ‘Hindu’ mythological stories indicate in a roundabout manner ‘India’ in the ‘present’ as a ‘Divine Person’, Shiva/ Vishnu, with His head (that represents the head of the Celestial serpent Shesha/ Ananta) at the Gomukh (that is the origin of the Holy River Ganga, as it is indicated to have ‘descended from Moon’, which in its turn is believed to have evolved from earth-moon itself...

And, his ‘mooladhar’ (the tail of the ever activated Shesha/ Ananta nag, which in humans generally remains coiled up at this bandha/ chakra) at the Andaman, the island named after Hanuman, for as per the ancient tribal belief it was formed when the mound containing ‘sanjivani booti’ the herbal medicine for reviving Lakshamana (model of polluted earth) was thrown into the sea after the required herb was identified and picked by the ‘vaidya’ that is the doctor concerned (while the ‘wise ancients’ believed Hanuman as ‘sankat mochan’ or ‘trouble shooter’ in Tretayuga as a typical model of planet Mars, without whose help unlocking of the ’mooladhar bandha’ isn’t possible and thus the ‘Truth’ remains ever elusive in the generality of humans)…

His solar plexus is indicated at the location where the ‘Sun Temple’ in Konark is located…and so on…

The NW-SE inclination therefore takes care of the tilt in the axis of earth and explains the annual southwest monsoon winds originating in the southwest coastal region of the Arabian Sea (His right palm) to move towards the northeast where the Himalayan range acts as a dam, (His left palm, both palms reflecting the Celestial Serpent Vasuki), and result in the annual rains over ‘India’ that occur generally over an average period of 100 days, and therefore believably need man-made big and small dams to store water for the balance 265 days even in the regions where surplus monsoon rains occur…

The ‘wise ancients’ who in reality were ‘wiser advanced persons’, however, believed in using ‘mantras’ or ‘sound energy’ to make available rain-water whenever and wherever it was needed and therefore dams were not at all felt required by them…for they believed in liberty to Rivers who were believed as models of females and thus given names accordingly - as Ganga, Jamuna, Saraswati and so on – except to Brahmaputra that is literally the ‘sun of Brahma’ that meets Ganga in Bangla Desh after flowing as Tsangpo in Tibet and entering ‘India’, and after flowing through Arunachal and Assam enters Bangladesh where it meets River Ganga and both then flow together to drain into the Bay of Bengal (in the east, the direction of the rising sun) as River Padma, the lotus…And, interestingly - as per the mythological stories - Brahma originally sat on a lotus flower that evolved from the navel of Lord Vishnu who reclined in the middle of the milky ocean’ on the bed formed by the celestial serpent Shesha!

And, Yogis learned to live with the water and air they breathed in from the atmosphere directly and making up the balance of energy requirement from ‘mantras’ or sound energy, that activated the switch (at Ajna chakra) needed to tap the energy stored in the various chakras itself!

The stories indicate man as an instrument capable of even walking on the surface of water, like a hover craft! Or, even to appear at another distant location instantly, disappearing from the present location! But, believably it is possible during the Satyuga and rarely in Treta also (example of Hanuman), and the efficiency range believably reduces to 25% to 0% in Kaliyuga, which is the ‘present’ that in reality is ‘past’ of Shiva’s initial ‘images’ - the ordinary man appearing as helpless as an infant (naturally as the model of the formless in the beginning of churning)…

lfdoyevxThe advanced Yogis apparently realized that whatever appears outside any human form, in essence, exists within the form too...

They realized essences of ‘nadis’ that is rivers Ganga, Yamuna, Brahmaputra etc, their energy components reflected through the central and sympathetic nervous systems, and the blood vessels representing the physical forms of all rivers – thus covering both the ‘spiritual’ and the fluid part of the ‘material’ components…

The nerves were further associated with planet Saturn (the double colour planet, copper-like red and blue rings that actually reflected both Venus and Mars), perhaps actually planet Venus and Blue colour. And, blood that carries gases also was related with Sunlight that is white colour, while Yellow colour was associated with the fats (related with 'churning of milk'), and their energy components associated with the material related with Sun & Moon were found related with Infra-red (Ketu) and Ultraviolet (Rahu) rays that are associated with the sunlight...

Muscles were found associated with Green, the inert colour formed by the combination of blue and yellow colours; bones with Red, and bone marrow with Orange (the two colours are present close to each other on the visible spectrum as the joint system formed by bones and the bone marrow)…

And, as we have already seen, water in different colour bottles, clothings of different colours, gemstones etc are used to correct any malfunction observed in the human forms considered as electrochemical instruments…

Observance of ‘fire’ that is energy within pyramid shaped Vimanas etc - oriented with the four sides facing the four cardinal directions - and also in similar shaped smaller structures made to the same scale as the existing pyramids irrespective of the material used - would have led the advanced Yogis to tap the same energy directly from the sun (exposure to which in the winters anyway results in animal bodies to absorb energy to give a ‘good’ feeling) at certain suitable isolated locations even on, say rock outcrops, at high altitudes that naturally provide the advantage of a natural high structure) that absorb energy and release the surplus when the outside temperature falls, by lowering it with the help of water that is poured on the cylindrical shaped lingas within a virtual pyramid formed by ‘air’ with the desired orientation…

Thus Yogis appear to have attempted to exploit solar/ cosmic energy directly, without recourse to voluminous ‘material’, as far as it was possible…

Kavitha, Mystery of appearance of the irrevelant looking letters before the material of the post is solved!

It is the mischievousness of 'Krishna' through the 'mouse' getting the prompt registered there in place of the space for 'word verification' when irritatingly sometimes the post isn't accepted in one attempt!

Anonymous said...

In symbolic or cryptic words, the ‘wise’ ancient ‘Hindus’ indicate Krishna/ Kali that is dark space to have existed in the beginning who, for creation of the physical world, ‘danced’ or started to ‘churn’ to result in the inert colour green and red colour (representing low intensity heat energy) as its essence, respectively to rule the west and east directions...

And, then surplus of green to have divided once again to result into blue (that took its place to rule the west), and yellow moved further up to rule the north direction, while balance green moved to northwest to rule that direction - resting between the two of its components...

Surpluses of red in east and yellow in north then believably joined together to result in orange colour - to rule over the northeast direction...

The whole process could perhaps be visualized like the opening of its beautiful feathers by a peacock that dances at the sight of ‘ghanshyam’ the black clouds (another name of ‘Krishna’) on its relatively ‘ugly looking’ legs that could be visualized as the (dirty) white colour formed by the combination of all other colours that it holds within itself - to rule the south direction that is the base of earth that is the feet of peacock, (the bird that is adopted as ‘India’s National Bird’), the vehicle of Kartikeya the elder son of Shiva-Parvati, Green-Yellow (as essences housed at Ajna & Sajasrara Bandhas in human form)!

I had the same trouble Joshi Uncle when i was trying to reply to Anilji and Sandhya. My comment didnt get posted and on the second attempt it went to an error page. I just gave up.

I wanted to thank Sandhya and invite her to comment more often and i had an entire comment to explain the logic of teh diagram of teh temple on teh rock floor for Anilji as it was not yet clear.

Most standing temple structures have the yoni pitha of the Linga facing north. All of them face east. The same hold good for this diagram of the temple in the first picture. The yoni pitha faces north and so does teh triangular roof of this temple. The passage of flat stone to walk towards the central linga is eastward. This is the symbolic version of a architectural temple.

I hope its a little clearer now.

Kavitha, The basic thought the ‘wise Hindus’ conveyed to their progeny was to give attention to the direction of the ‘rising sun’ that is east as the start of ‘creation’, the direction indicated by them to be ruled by Red colour, which is a part of the white colour that we have seen earlier also as a black charcoal when ignited with the sparks produced by earth that is by friction between two stone pieces, say, appears as red fire, and which with the help of ‘air’ can turn into white flame...

As Dr Aniljji also expressed that worship should be in the open air, this could perhaps be seen in ‘surya namaskar’ the practice of offering of water, for example at the ghats of Kashi, held in one’s palm and offering it, standing inside some 'water' body, in the general direction of the ‘fire’, that is, sun at sunrise time…The practice could also be seen in the 'materially poor' Bihar on the day of 'Chhath', that is just three days from today...

Parvati’s ‘yonipitha’ facing north draws the attention of the worshipper towards the direction where during the nights one finds the fixed star, the Polar star, the Guru that acts as the landmark that shows direction, say to the mariners and perhaps to marine life too, when Moon (prototype of Parvati) as the most evolved form with yellow colour moonlight as its essence rules the ‘sky’/ head of humans including Earth/ Shiva the 'perfect being’…

The ‘triangle shape’, associated with Parvati the consort of Shiva, reminded me of someone coming out with a thought that every human being lies within a triangle RST, in which ‘R stands for ‘Rajasic’, that is, actions performed with some particular goal, such as the ones related with the physical administration of a ‘Raja’ or a King, in mind; ‘S’ for ‘Sattvic’, that is those actions which are offered to God; ‘T’ for ‘Tamasic’ (where ‘tamas’ means darkness) generally believed as those actions that are ‘inferior-animal-like’ that is just for fulfilling the basic needs…The one close to 'S' will be seen performing more of Sattvic actions, and so on...

Krishna in the Gita also says that these three types of actions are necessarily performed by each and every person during one’s life. However, the ‘wise’, while performing these, doesn’t get attached to these…

As we have seen earlier also, the number ‘108’ is the symbolic representation of the variety of human forms as the ‘images’ of the formless Creator, in which the central figure, ‘0’ represents the component of the Creator itself as the ‘Bhagyawan’ or 'lucky number 7', that is Shiva or Earth in physical form, sandwiched between #1, ‘Mooladhar’, as the essence of planet Mars, that is Ganesha the ‘favourite son of Parvati’; and #8, ‘Sahasrara’, as the essence of Moon, that is, life giving Parvati Herself, with numbers 2 (red or Kali’s tongue that remains at the heart of Shiva, where the void of human mouth also symbolically represents the universal void) to 6 (Kartikeya or blue) as the hurdles set up to reflect the grand variety and relative hierarchy between different humans and also thus help in creating delayed meetings of Ganesha with his mother Parvati in different forms and thus expand time till eternity!

Also, ‘108’ rudraksha beads are used in the rosary by sages, as a fraction of 1080 (i.e., 360 degrees x 3 aspects) parts into which the globe believably gets divided, each of which is believed to be reviewed by the Bhootnath Shiva that is the formless Creator again and again during one day of Brahma the Sun which works out to be over 4 billion years of us the terrestrials…

With the background messages in Hindu Mythology about symbolic representation of ‘Absolute Truth’ or a dot-like Nadbindu (point source of ‘big bang’), through innumerable or infinite ‘Truth’s of His ‘past’, which in reality believably are His ‘Untruths’ in the ‘present’, and stories about child Ganesha’s head being cut by Saturn and replaced by an elephant’s by Shiva, or Vishnu cutting demon Rahu’s head, and so many other such stories read with the background knowledge of the expanding universe, and so on, one could visualize ‘0’, in the middle of ‘108’, as the ‘dot’ or the imaginary centre of a circle having been magnified to result into a globe-like sphere (mithya jagat or illusory earth) that is seen as letter ‘O’ (of Om) or numeral ‘0’ in 2D...

Now, if small zero or a small letter ‘o’ is cut and stretched out, it would appear as numeral ‘1’ or 'I' who resides within 'me'...

And, if ‘O’ is held in the middle with thumb, index and middle fingers and twisted 180 degrees along a horizontal plane, it would result into numeral ‘8’ (that is related with ‘mischievous Krishna’), which could also be imagined as the symbolic representation of human form's head and body by two ‘ghats’ that is ‘pots’ or earthen vessels for holding water, one kept over the other such that their contact point represents the original ‘dot’!

[During the ritualistic last rites of a ‘Hindu’ at the crematorium (that the stories associate with Shiva, who believably applies ‘crematoria’s ash on His body’) carried through time immemorial could be seen to include a deliberate creation of a hole at the bottom of an earthen water pot filled with water and allowing the pot to get empty, (to symbolically convey exhaustion of life energy within the individual concerned) while, generally, the son of the deceased carries it around the initially unlit pyre letting water to flow on to the ground. And, when the pot gets empty, it is dropped forcefully on to the ground to break into many pieces, after which the pyre is lit, thus communicating the ‘Truth’ of human life, expressed in the saying, “Earth to earth and ashes to ashes”…

'Krishna' in the Gita also says that the phenomenon is like one discarding an old garment to put on a new one, that is, the soul in a certain form, up to certain duration, enters into a new one in some cyclic order…And even the human form that ‘I’ have today is believed to have passed through at least 8.4 million animal forms before ‘I’ attained the present one through the only mother that 'I' am able to relate 'myself' with a particular face and name!

Of course, the apparent eternal drama must be for a certain purpose known to the formless Creator, the ‘Spirit’ or ‘Bhootnath’ only...maybe it is to know its own origin, that is, the real MOTHER out of the various possibilities from micro-organism to Man!]

Considering two-dimensions only, with the knowledge of the binary system (zero and one), that is, voluminous earth (number 1) and its relatively negligible volume satellite, moon (zero), as a composite unit, earth-moon, symbolically could perhaps be represented by ‘i’, that assigns predominant status to the mysteriously powerful Moon that rules the head that is ‘mun’ or the mind (a plaything or a toy for ‘child Krishna’) compared to earth that can be read like an open book by every terrestrial according to their ‘natural’ physical and mental capacities, though superficially only by ‘historians’ and to a deeper extent by ‘scientists’, who today, in the words of the ‘wiser Hindus’, are ‘koopmandooks’, that is, ‘frogs in the well’ because each one of them is specialists’ in some particular field out of the innumerable ones that exist on earth - and aren’t ‘siddhas’ or all-rounder, like ‘Yogiraja Krishna’, say…
The solar system, with ‘Maya’ or illusion in mind, thus, through ancient ‘Hindu’s ‘third eye’, could be imagined to have earth-moon in the middle, Sun, Mercury, and Venus on its right and Jupiter, Asteroids, and Mars, (it being considered the ‘mooladhar’ and, therefore, the order reversed), on its left…and to place earth-moon at the highest pedestal, the order could be visualized as Mars, Asteroids, Jupiter, Sun, Mercury, Venus within ‘1’, and earth-moon at the top…and as their essences within human body too…

Anonymous said...

Although essence of ‘graha’, or planet, 'Mangal' (meaning auspicious) that is Mars - as one of the members of our Solar System - at ‘mooladhar’ is depicted as ‘vighnaharta’ or ‘sankat mochan’ that is the ‘trouble shooter’ during Treta and Dwaper, respectively, it is also indicated as an ‘image’ or reflection of ‘Krishna the cowboy’ who represents ‘Vishnu the Big Zero’ as His essence...

That’s to say that our ‘Milky Way Galaxy’ (infinite in size and having innumerable Heavenly Bodies revolving about its centre) is considered as an essence of the still bigger void of the universe (that apparently is filled with innumerable galaxies, its extent, therefore, beyond human imagination). For it reflects the inherent property of milk, that is, to know the fat content of a large quantity of milk, only a small sample suffices…

And, ‘Vishnu’ believably ever remains in Yognidra - in the middle of the ‘Milky Ocean’ that is the void of the infinite universe, mainly consisting of stars, the sources of white light – who ever remains in a super conscious state internally, although from the exterior it appears asleep (or unseen and ‘detached’ and therefore taken for granted)!

Similarly, the energy at ‘mooladhar’ is believed generally to remain dormant at any time within the majority of individuals – like a coiled serpent that, if activated, could spring up like a hooded Cobra, within the body to reach the heads in individuals who believably receive ‘enlightenment’ or ‘moksha’ apparently suddenly (although one might not be aware that the soul within one had gradually already believably attained some particularly ‘high elevation’ during its passage through a minimum of 8.4 million forms over billions of years before attaining human form for tehfirst time! And thus human life-span - of one hundred years plus - comparatively is only like ‘a flash in the pan’! One might therefore appear to attain it at an apparently early age even as in the case of Prahlad or Dhruva, or not at all during one life-span in the generality of humans)…

Anyway, Vishnu as Nadbindu is indicated to have used a sudden burst of sound energy only at the beginning of the cycle for the entire Creation, (which is understood as ‘Big Bang’ in the ‘present’), that in reality believably is Bhootnath Shiva’s/ Vishnu’s ‘past’, which made the immortal formless attain ‘perfection’ in ‘zero’ time in the form of immortal earth or Shiva in human form! Whereas, in animals/ humans as earth’s various 'imperfect' models, it believably started to rise (or even fall) from the stage where it was in the previous form, gradually step by step from one ‘chakra’ or ‘bandha the lock’ after unlocking it to move to the next higher one above it (and be called a relatively ‘elevated soul’) till the goal or ‘sahasrara’ is eventually reached - maybe after many births…

[To explain the creation of the said ‘bandha’ or ‘lock’, the first reincarnation of Vishnu is symbolically indicated as fish, with crocodile as its most evolved ‘image’ among those, for it has the strongest ‘lock’ or ‘bandh’ available between its jaws, as indicated in the popular story of Gaja & Graha, the Crocodile & Elephant]…

The gradual and continuous rise in the energy in humans with ‘valiant efforts’ based on firm faith, for inferior models other than ‘perfect’ Shiva, is believed to be better, as it conforms to the saying, “Slow and steady wins the race”, the moral of the story of Hare & Tortoise, in the race between the inferior souls and, interestingly, the tortoise that believably supports the base of earth - reflected by the ‘natural’ shape of the Antarctic region - on its hard back is believed to be the second reincarnation of Vishnu, literally the ‘poisonous atom’ that becomes operative at the end of each Yuga, for ‘everything that goes up, must come down’ - maybe to spring back up instantaneously like a yo-yo in the hand of a child before it hits the ‘bottom’, or/ rather the top of the ‘bottomless well’ that ‘mithya jagat’ or illusory world believably is!

And, Yogis indicated the particular ‘dancing child’ or the ‘churner of the milky way galaxy’ to be unborn and unending and called Him ‘natkhat’ that is ‘mischievous’ Krishna, with Natraj Shiva as His supreme form that is projected as ‘Bholenath’ or ‘Simple God’!

However, stories such as Bhasmasur’s indicate how between Shiva & Parvati, like Krishna separated ‘Cream’ from other unimportant items in milk, they separated ‘good’ from unimportant amongst humans and the material component of the ‘unimportant’ destroyed by one or more of the ‘panch-bhootas’ itself that go into their formation, be it by burning by ‘fire’, submergence by ‘water’, cyclones or hurricanes due to churning of hot air containing water moving over land from the nearby sea, and so on…
**************************
The 'ancients', that is more advanced Yogis, however believed immortal soul to be the VIP and the exterior as only illusory and unimportant material, or ‘dust’, to distort the vision and thus distract one from reaching the ‘Truth’/ ‘Absolute Truth’, till the ‘time’ is appropriate...

All this believably thanks to Moon and its ‘somrus’ - the moonlight that believably is ‘good’ for the ‘devtas’ that is ‘selfless’ persons only - that everyone compulsorily drinks (maybe unaware of it – due to lack of knowledge!) and gets affected, like a ‘passive smoker of tobacco’, that is, compulsory inhalation/ consumption of the ‘pollutants’, in air, water, and food, etc, believably affect one’s health - except that it believably had no effect on the mythological character, Shiva, and reportedly also on the 'historical character', Mirabai!

A doctor wrote (‘I’ read many years ago in Reader’s Digest) to the effect that having acquired (with advancement in technology) the knowledge of existence of very harmful bacteria in one’s environment, it isn’t surprising if one falls ill – what is surprising is how some still continue to remain healthy:-)

Here is another reaction to newspaper article for perusal.

This refers to Sotto Voce article ‘Tree That Speaks’, by Shri Vivek Jain (14/11).

It could perhaps be on account of a different ‘religion’ that the writer might not be aware that in Bhagavadgita - based on Yogic realization read between the lines - it was indicated by advanced ‘Hindus by thought’, that what appears to be the ‘future’ to 'humans' (because of inefficiency in apparatuses for vision, hearing, touch, taste and smell at the beginning of ‘Creation’), in fact, is the remoter ‘past’ of the formless God (who achieved ‘perfection’, that is, attained immortality while retaining its super intelligence in physical form also – as our ‘planet earth’ that is Shiva - and that too in no time, starting together with infinite other ‘imperfect’ models in ‘Kaliyuga’ the ‘dark age’ who lagged behind in the race…

And, the progress of the innumerable participants in the ‘Marathon-like race’ is continuously being reviewed by Him in the ‘present’ also, for the last around 4.6 billion years - (the present also is indicated as one of the Kaliyugas, for it appears 1080 times ‘during one day in the life of the immortal Brahma’ in repeated cycles of Mahayugas)! They called it ‘Maya’ that is illusion, which acts as a barrier to realize the ‘Truth’ by ordinary humans, the “aam aadmi” of the ‘present day India’ in the ‘dark age’ that a Kaliyuga is (Kali means dark (space of universe), represented by ‘sky’ as its model – apparently ‘blue’ during the day when ‘hot Sun’ with white sunrays rules over one of the hemispheres of the world, and the true colour, black, reflected on earth only in the night when ‘cool Moon’ rules over that particular hemisphere)…

However, perhaps even a child ‘today’ also knows, because of relatively greater exposure to material world, that a tree has two components. The portion above the ground (stems, branches, leaves, flowers, fruits etc) that is available for everyone - who has the apparatus for vision functional - to see like an open book, maybe superficially only because of ‘lack of time’ or relatively lower mental capacity. However, the component that normally remains underground, the root, generally remains out of mind of the majority (“Out of sight/ Out of mind”) and looks like a sage’s worthless looking beard in most of the cases…

And the ‘wiser ancients’, (who in reality are ‘advanced Hindus’), based on realization of ‘Absolute Truth’ as well as the various ‘Truths’ that in reality are ‘Untruths’, as parts of ‘Maya’, stated human being as the superior most creation that heads the apparently hierarchical animal world, (all physical forms created with union of ‘panch-tatva’ and associated energies with those), as an inverted tree that has roots in the ‘sky’, one of the ‘panch-bhoota’ or five immortal elements (‘panch-tatva’) that continue to exist since time immemorial with their common roots in ‘Brahmnad’ that is the primordial immortal sound energy believably uttered by the Formless Creator, who is symbolically represented by “OM”, or by numeral ‘3’ the Trimurty Shiva of Hindu Mythology, Brahma-Vishnu-Mahesh, or Mahakal Shiva the creator of (apparent) time for creation of ‘Maya’, while He Himself remains detached, believably being related with time and space ‘zero’!

The writer hasn’t perhaps also read the stories of ‘Betal Pachisi’ in his childhood, otherwise he would have visualized as background how the ‘wiser’ people in a hot country, such as ‘India’, sought shelter under the shade of a tree, say that of a Banyan that can accommodate a relatively larger number, and discuss ‘subjects of mutual interest’, unlike politicians today do superficially, but seriously like the ‘pundits’ at the Ghats of say the sacred River Ganga at Kashi. Or, how in a ‘chaupal’ under a tree the ‘panchs’ in small villages held their courts, ‘wisely’ - unlike in the present…

And, even recordings of some ‘foreign’ travelers, in their accounts of journey to ‘India’ in the ‘golden days’, expressed wonder at the high level of discussions even between ‘ordinary people’ in the streets and market places etc!

It is not surprising to find newspapers full of ‘nonsensical material’ in the eyes of those who are attached to the ‘wise ancient Hindu thoughts’, just as an average man isn’t surprised to see a paper-kite flying high in the sky for ‘he knows’ that there has to be some, maybe unseen, kite-flier holding on to the string while himself remaining attached to the ground. Or, takes it for granted as ‘natural’ when one sees a kite, a bird, flying, maybe still higher than man-made kite, for certain birds even fly over the Himalayas, clearly as a more efficient system compared to man. Whereas 'today', one believes them to be ‘inferior life’ – as a reflection of the characteristic property of Kaliyuga the dark age when an average man remains virtually blind, like Dhritrashtra of Dwaperyuga and, therefore, due to lack of overall knowledge even the so-called ‘literates’ act ‘foolishly’, some even calling themselves proudly as ‘atheist’ to distract teh atention of 'believes' as a part of the'grand design'!

After all, one knows that the turn discs, or records, are also made from ‘earth’ only and electronic tape recorders are either progressively more evolved, or are relatively crude!

Trees also perhaps similarly do speak, that is, maybe replay recorded words it perhaps releases through some medium during the day, like they get recorded in human brains too and reproduced, maybe after ‘proper editing’ depending on its intelligence, or like a mechanical tape recorder apparent in an average young student today that doesn’t edit it most of the time - like a parrot or a mynah! Both features aparently because of the design, that is, it could be more evolved version of the original computer that was ‘naturally provided’ within the head of the concerned, which in the Kaliyuga was related with the remotest ‘past’ of Shiva’s various ‘imperfect images’...

Sorry for the long comments, Kavitha! In simple words, maybe one could see an example in ‘Nature’ to realize how natural surplus heat energy is emitted by rocks when the air gets cooler in the evenings, say, one could perhaps observe it similarly occurring from the arrival of a horde of mosqutoes that start hovering over one’s head when one stands in some open green field in the evenings and not sucking blood as their food - like basking in sun in winters gives some satisfaction and a feeling of contentment to humans – more than what is obtained from consumption of food!

In the childhood, it was said that mosquitoes hover over rich persons!

Anonymous said...

A person who has surplus energy to spare for the use of the needy others could, of course, be called ‘rich’, although she might be deficient in ‘gold and silver’, and thus may travel light (which is necessary during space travel).

However, it is all right as long as continuous inflow of energy is also maintained. Otherwise, the individual might soon get afflicted with some illness, like a pitcher filled with water loses it partly or fully if the hole at any one higher or lower location in its body isn’t plugged (and human body beng considered ‘an inverted tree’ perhaps needs utmost care of head, although overall care of all eight ‘chakras’ are recommended by Yogis)!

In the case of a pitcher, it is perhaps easier to identify the location of the hole and plug the source of excessive outflow, although seepage through pores is essential in order to keep the water inside the pitcher cool, as in case of humans perspiration through pores does the same job and helps one keep one’s head cool (believably required at all times, a function that is performed by the ‘crescent of moon’ and Ganga water in His locks in case of Shiva, and also perhaps in His models, who the Yogis believed as existence of essence of moon in the head and Central Nervous systm to reflect Ganga!)…

Kavitha, here is another reaction to an article in newspaper.

This refers to the Second Opinion, Sumbitch: Polite guide to bad language by Jug Suraiya (15/11).

A ‘Hindu by thought’ wouldn’t beat around the bush, or even mush! For, once he/ she realizes the ‘Truth’ of souls - as innumerable componernts of the same ‘Supreme soul’ who alone matters – that is, each soul is compulsorily required to pass through 8.4 million ‘animal’ forms before the exterior form of MAN, as the leader of the animal world, is attained for the first time, (and many times downward and upward movements of the soul possible thereafter), one could be recognized, rightly or wrongly due to lack of overall knowledge, from one’s external behaviour, which maybe correlated with any, or all, of the believable 8.4 million animals, viz. a rat, a mosquito, an owl, elephant, a crocodile, and so on at a given point of time, or through one life time - maybe for entertainment of the supreme soul:-)

With the advent of electronic computers for multiple functions, apparently as an external aid to make human being relatively more versatile, man is apparently guided/ channeled into a single minded track/ drain, like the saying in Hindi, “Lakir ka fakir”, a ‘mendicant who follows a beaten track’ – unaware that man carries within his bony skull a super muscle computer compared to which the digital computer is merely a ‘toy’ that he has apparently created himself - evolved from the abacus that reportedly was once widely used in the Orient for making mathematical calculations...Unaware that the ancient that is more advanced 'Hindus' apparently used their hands to do all mathematical calculations!

The reporting thus appears to sound mischievous Krishna’s doing for He believably rules the ‘west’ (the direction where our Sun sets), as ‘Neelamber’ the physically powerful one ‘who wears blue garments’ (like Neelkantha Shiva’s favourite son, Kartikeya who uses Peacock as his vehicle) and who, however, is believably placed lower in hierarchy (its ‘essence’ at the throat level within the human form) compared to His Own more evolved form, that is, ‘Peetamber’ the one ‘who wears yellow garments’ (its essence at the head level within human form) and rules the North and is called Parvati, the daughter of the Himalayas – and also ‘Mohini roop’, or ‘an attractive form’, of Vishnu to fool the demons or ‘selfish’ humans!

Anonymous said...

The ruler of ‘west’, the blue colour and metal iron (and steel) is believed to be associated with poison that is found predominantly in the atmosphere of the planet Venus, location within human form at the throat level and in the human hand is represented by the middle finger...

Whereas, the Yellow colour and metal gold is believed to be associated with ‘amrit’ that helped devtas achieve immortality, and is associated with Moon as its source, essence within human form at the head level, the ‘highest pedestal’, and in the human hand represented by the Index finger, the Guru who leads one to the ‘Truth’…

It might be interesting to know that ‘swarna bhasma’, literally the ‘ash of gold’, that is, a salt of gold is used in certain Ayurvedic preparations in the system of treatment that was once upon a time developed in the Himalayas. And, similarly, gold injections have been found useful in treating certain patients of arthritis by Allopaths, but not knowing how it helps, mainly because the cause of the disease that results in the inflammation of the hard tissues isn’t known yet to the ‘west’...

It is perhaps so naturally as per the grand design for Yogeshwar Shiva, (represented by the inert Green colour that is believably housed at the 'Third Eye’ level within human form, and in the human hand between the space between index and middle fingers), the Mahakal to decide the appropriate time for immortal ‘devtas’ to take over from the ‘rakshashas’, the defence mechanism that works to keep one away from the ‘Truth’, working as a barrier at throat level and who thus help Him in creation of ‘apparent time’ for ‘Krishnaleela’ or the ‘drama’ in human life to take roots once again at Kashi, the original location, from the present root of Homo sapiens in the African Continent…

Anonymous said...

The Hindu Mythology thus points towards the roots of Hindus in Indu (in Sanskrit) that is Moon (in English) and La Lune (in French that has its root in the Latin language, the root word for the word ‘lunatic’)!

It is, therefore, not surprising that despite the barrier created by Rakshashas, who apparently are associated with 'Shukra graha’ that is the planet Venus acting as a lock or a bandh that is dam, for Shukracharya is believed to be their Guru, that the ‘ancient’ or ‘advanced’ Greeks used cycle of Venus to determine the estimated dates of floods in the River NILE (Blue), which they transferred on the hard rocks for the 'future’ generations to know it...

And also it would perhaps interest one, who mightn’t be aware of it, that ancient Hindus - similar to the practice adopted by the Egyptians perhaps based on knowledge of the’Truth’ all over the globe at a certain period as reflected by ‘globalization’ today – continue to use the lunar calendar despite the barrier by Rakshashas (and not a calendar based on the cycle of Venus), just as diseases/ life forms that apparently become obsolete at some point of time reappear at some location in the globe at a certain point of time!

Very interesting images. I read through all the comments but I have to say, I understand very little of what is being discussed there. Most of the theological philosophy went completely over my head.
